Joanna has linked to a handful of yurts on her blog a time or two, and ever since I've really wanted to go on a cool vacation to a yurt for a long weekend. Treebones Resort in Big Sur looks so peaceful and magical. Two people are allowed per yurt, maximum, making it perfect for a little romantic getaway. Showers and restrooms are located a short walk away from the yurts, so I think this is as close to "roughing it" or camping as I ever want to get!
