I'm wanting to give Vmac & Cheese's The Best Margarita recipe a try for Cinco de Mayo (perfect with go-to pork tacos!) Does anyone have a good go-to margarita recipe that isn't too sweet? We LOVE Ina's grapefruit margaritas too!
Goldmine posted a recipe for homemade chimichurri, and it looks like the perfect thing to have on hand for warm weather meals. My uncle and cousin made homemade chimichurri over Christmas and it was SO good. Perfect on steak, tacos, chicken..I really think it would make anything taste better.
Does anyone have Kentucky Derby plans? Loving the twist on the classic mint julep that Waiting on Marta shared. Three different recipes to mix up the traditional julep. (Although I do like the classic too!)

I'm really looking forward to a quite weekend here at home. I'm wanting to go to the farmers market Saturday morning, go for neighborhood walks, watch the Wells Fargo golf tournament, cook something decent for dinner and just generally relax.
