I'm really anxious for beautiful warm weather to get here and when it does, I really want to spend a relaxing day or evening outside with the perfect picnic. Joslyn's description of the picnic basket that her friend Sam put together sounds exactly like something I want to recreate. This seems like the perfect way to entertain on an evening after work to enjoy longer summer days with friends. There is very minimal cooking (or no cooking if you pick everything up!) and just about no clean up!
